Your coaches have vast experience in self-defense, combatives training, and martial arts. We are Certified Affiliates of Blauer Tactical Systems (BTS), and will teach you using the BTS SPEAR Defense curriculum.

DAN MILLER, Co-Owner & Coach

Coach Dan’s programs help build confidence, self-esteem, strength and empowerment by learning how to react if placed in a threatening situation.

Dan's competitive spirit began with his passion for martial arts and soccer as a teenager. He has represented the United States National Soccer Team in the Maccabiah Games in Israel and in Venezuela.  He also trained for a full season with West Ham United of the English Premiere League.

Dan earned his 2nd-Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo Karate and Self-Defense in 2005, and became a Certified Instructor of the American Taekwondo Association in 2006.  He is a Blauer Tactical System certified SPEAR Defense Instructor. His experience as an instructor of martial arts and personal-defense has allowed him to inspire his students to reach goals that they may not have thought possible.

MIKE COLLIER, Co-Owner & Coach

Coach Mike spent 6 years as a US Army Special Forces Operator deployed to Central and South America and successfully completed combative training courses in hand-to-hand, CQB, Sniper and SERE training. In addition, he served as a Paratrooper in the 7th Special Forces Airborne Group on ODA 774 and 783.

Leveraging his military experience has enabled Mike to help clients discover a confidence and direction they never thought possible.  Mike has the knowledge and understanding to help make people safer, improve flexibility, strength, endurance and practical movement.

Coach Mike has personally been through major injuries serving in the military and is a type 1 diabetic.  He has the experience to train the extreme athlete to the extreme sedentary person.
